If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Also, you can be sure your order is secure. Returns Policy
Any unused merchandise or merchandise damaged during shipment may be returned to Wine Glass Wholesalers for refund or replacement at any time within fifteen (15) days after the date of the shipment. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for actual price paid, including any applicable sales tax. We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent was damaged during shipment.

While not required, we recommend that you choose a shipping method that provides a tracking number option and that you insure your return fully. These options will provide you added protection since Wine Glass Wholesalers cannot be responsible for the products lost or damaged during their return shipment from you to our returns department.
Shipping

Shipping glassware requires extra attention and so generally takes 3-5 business days (which do not include the weekend and national holidays) from the order date to ship. Orders placed before 11AM on a business day will process same day, while others will be processed the next day.
We ship via FedEx Ground and the approximate delivery schedules can be viewed here (image generated from FedEx.com).

We currently only ship to valid US addresses and do not offer expedited shipping.
